Sherman Oaks Adventure Bootcamp is a four week outdoor fitness program that offers professional fitness instruction, nutritonal counseling and motivational training. There is 1 week off in between each 4 week camp. During that 1 week off we will offer fun, motivating fitness events. Sherman Oaks Adventure Boot camp also offers Corporate Boot camp Adventures and On-line training as well.
